Ingredients:
Lamb mince, onion, garlic, spring onion, peas, carrots, potatoes, diced tomato, salt, mozzarella cheese

Quick Method:
1. Cook onion, garlic, spring onion, and lamb.
2. Add peas, carrots, and tomato. Cook until soft.
3. Boil and mash potatoes.
4. Layer lamb mix in a dish, top with mash and cheese.
5. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes. Rest before serving.
